Gayle Sabol

I became licensed as a sales agent in 1984, obtained my Broker's license in 1989, and started my own real estate company, Sabol Associates, Inc., in 1993. I have sold and closed over a 1000 properties since that time, and have consistently achieved Top Producer status every single year since joining the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors in 1992. I currently have two licensed real estate “Team Members” working with me; my son, Bryce Sabol, and my associate, Carol Breau. I prefer to keep my company small and highly personalized.

My on-site sales experience began with Ridgefield Condominiums, a 360 unit community located on 100 acres in Clinton, where I continue to operate the on-site sales office today. Additionally, I have listed and sold numerous properties throughout the Worcester, Northern Worcester, and Central Middlesex counties.

In 2007, I merged my company with Keller Williams Realty as an owner/imvestor in the North Central Market Center in Leominster, MA. I chose Keller Williams because it offered me the support, networking, technology, and operating systems of a large national real estate firm, while still allowing me the freedom to independently operate my highly-personalized business.
