David Durham has been serving as a Licensed Texas REALTOR® since 1992 and also holds a Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation and a Certified Residential Specialist designation. He is also active in the Williamson County Association of Realtors, previously holding the position of Vice President.

Since joining Keller Williams Realty in 2001, David has won the Total Units Sold, Listing Volume Sold, Closed Volume Sold, Excellence in Training, and Top Ten Individual Awards. He has also been honored with the prestigious Eagle Award that recognizes the agent exhibiting an exemplary attitude and high level of leadership.

David also produces results for his clients. His clients got an average of 98.7% of their asking price and his listings sold in an average of 41 days.
