Matthew Allan came to Savannah from Los Angeles, where he cut his teeth in the hyper-competitive Los Angeles real estate market during the boom years of the early 2000s. Prior to that, Matthew worked in the entertainment industry, including a long stint at MTV Networks.
Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting and Film, a Master's Degree in Business Administration, a real estate Broker's license, and is one of the founders of the Keller Williams Savannah Downtown real estate office. He lives and works in downtown Savannah, has renovated a number of historic properties, custom-built homes, and is recognized as a Historic Savannah Foundation certified Realtor. Matthew is interested in architecture of all kinds, having lived in Los Angeles, a haven of modern architecture, and offers his clients not only excellent customer service, but advanced knowledge of renovation and design techniques.
