I have spent my entire life in the Genesee County area. My Real estate career evolved out of a passion I have had for the past 10 years. I started buying, fixing up, and selling homes, then graduated to rental cottages in Traverse City, and finally decided to put my knowledge to use for the benefit of others. In 2000 alone I SOLD over 10 million dollars worth of real estate all over the state of Michigan. The bulk of our sales were in the Fenton area and the surrounding lakes, although I SOLD some properties as far north as in the U.P. and as far south as White Lake and Pontiac. Our real estate sales model doesn't consist of just sticking a sign in the yard and hoping another agent sells it for us. My real passion is seeing a sale through from listing to closing and getting to know our clients and becoming friends. I sell 60% of our own listings.
