With nine years experience as a property supervisor, ten years as a resident manager and co-owning Rich Coastal Property Management, I manage a prolific roster of luxury, REO, short sale and probate clients.
I was previously the co-owner of an acquisitions company, which focused on investment and development opportunities, including limited partnerships in development of single family homes, rehabilitation of condominiums and various projects. As a bank foreclosure supervisor in the early nineties, I oversaw a foreclosure portfolio of more than 200 homes per month. I received my Bachelor™s of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, from California State University, Northridge.
