My business is about making good things happen for good people. Real estate is my third career. There is a line in "Private Benjamin" where Goldie Hawn's character is assigned as a procurement officer and she says, "I've been in training for this all my life." I feel the same about real estate.
For years I worked in the legal system for lawyers and judges, then in information technology. After buying, selling and moving a couple of dozen times, now I own my own business helping people make good decisions about real estate. And I love it.
My clients are primarily in Glendale, Peoria and Sun City. Some are first-time buyers. Some are retirees. Some are investors. All, when asked, will say with no hesitation that I am honest, hard-working and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
I am a big believer in acquiring the skills needed to provide my clients with the best service possible. I have GRI and e-PRO designations. I am trained as a negotiator and as a mediator.
