Patrick M. Smith, Sr. began his real estate career on April 1, 1986. He has been recognized by the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors for being in the top 1% of Realtors in Central Pennsylvania for sixteen of twenty years, and was honored as Outstanding Sales Associate in 2000.
His service on the Board of Realtors included committee work on Government Affairs/RPAC (Chair), Public Relations Force (Chair), Board of Directors (Vice-Chair), Foundation Fundraising, and Nominating Committee.
With a BBA in Real Estate majoring in Finance with minors in Accounting and Psychology, Patrick’s pre-real estate life included 8 years as a legal investigator for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, specializing in white collar crime.
Married with three children, Patrick is active in St Theresa’s Church. An avid outdoorsman, loves anything on the water, sailing, scuba diving, camping and canoeing.
