Owen Welch graduated from North Georgia College and State University in 1998 with a BA in Business Management. Before becoming a Realtor, Owen was an Infantry Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard and spent time at Ft. Benning, Ft. Stewart, Ft. Lewis, Ft. Polk and Camp Commanche, Bosnia as a platoon leader, company executive officer and detachment commander. Owen attained the rank of Captain before leaving the service. Owen was licensed in 2000 and is a full-time real Realtor. Owen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, 400 North Board of Realtors, and the National REO Brokers Association. Owen is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, selling multi-millions in real estate transactions annually and has earned numerous sales awards. Owen closes an average of one home per week, mostly foreclosure sales. Owen is a partner in The Welch Team. We have experience from $15,000-$2,000,000 and excel at attention to detail and timely service. We are problem solvers and our desire is to be the most proactive and efficient REO agents available.
