Vanessa Franz Barnes is a native Floridian and a graduate from The University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She moved to Orlando Florida in 2001 and has lived in Celebration Florida since 2004. Licensed since 2002, The Barnes Team has assisted hundreds of domestic and international clients selling over $66 Million Dollars’ in condominiums, townhomes and single family homes in Osceola, Orange, Lake and Polk Counties. Vanessa Franz Barnes is a broker-associate with Keller Williams in Celebration Florida and works with clients throughout the Central Florida Area including: Davenport, Orlando, College Park, Windermere, Winter Garden, Clermont, Kissimmee, Poinciana, and Celebration.
