Mary Jo has been investing in Florida real estate since 1994 when a vacation from California led to her first purchase in the Treasure Island area. After her investment, Mary Jo continued to buy property around Pinellas County and plunged into being a full-time real estate professional in 2000. She joined Keller Williams Gulfside because of the dedication to professionalism she felt the organization encourages.
She regularly volunteers with the Homeless Emergency Project (HEP) in their Clearwater office. Just recently, Mary Jo won an award for her volunteer service at HEP out of 1700 volunteers. In addition to volunteering with HEP, Mary Jo supports the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and Ruth Eckerd Hall, and is looking to become involved with the Morton Plant Mease Foundation’s Roebling Society.
Mary Jo is an avid runner and member of two running clubs. On a beautiful sunny day in Tampa Bay you are likely to find Mary Jo outside either participating in her many hobbies or showing real estate and that is why Mary Jo lives in the Tampa Bay area.
