Brad recently completed his CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation to assist troubled homeowners in avoiding foreclosure.
Kathy has been a long standing member of the distinguished Institute for Luxury Home Marketing network and has completed many international courses for the luxury residential market.
Prior to beginning his professional career in real estate, Brad labored 13 years in the International Corporate Tax arena advising global 100 companies on realignment (supply chain) strategies and tax advantaged corporate structures for the acquisition, workout and sale of distressed real estate and mortgaged backed securities.
While Brad was pursuing his previous career in International Corporate Tax, Kathy spent her time acquiring, renovating and managing investment property both in and outside the US.
Brad and Kathy have four children, one dog and have lived in various parts of the US and UK. They currently reside in Larchmont, NY.
