Being the middle child between two brothers, I understand the importance and power of great negotiating skills. My perseverance and mastery in this arena has been the key to my success with my clients.
Since I was old enough to catch a ball, my life has revolved around sports. Two brothers and supportive parents were influential in paving the way for a very successful high school and college career in both academia and athletics. My commitment and dedication to my family and career goals along with a strong competitive spirit are the foundation with which I have built my success.
A native of Sioux Falls, SD, I have called Rochester, MN “home” since 2001 when my husband and I relocated with IBM. Brand new to the area, I embraced my ability to work hard and established myself within the community. By becoming heavily involved in sports, community events and church activities I was able to quickly create many relationships within the Rochester area and gain close ties to the Mayo Clinic and the Rochester School System.
My real estate career was founded with 4 years of lending experience. I am able to help my clients understand the lending process and what they can expect from start to finish. In today’s market, this is definitely a “must” conversation with buyers before they look at homes. The world of financing is ever- changing and my knowledge and connections with qualified agencies and lenders affords my clients a better idea of the type of home they should be purchasing, and the different options available to them. Once you are informed and approved, the house shopping begins!
Shopping and real estate are two of my favorite things…then put the two together and you have the recipe for a fun and informative experience. I love real estate and enjoy looking at homes any chance I can get. I prides myself in my knowledge of the existing inventory and staying up on the new trends. It’s an interest and a hobby that I have been able turn into an enjoyable part of my career as your Buyer’s Specialist.
I continue to stay involved in recreational sports and play as often as my schedule and family will allow. I also enjoy singing and playing piano, and am part of my church’s worship team. I realize that community involvement and school systems play an important role in choosing your next home. It is a prominent factor for me and my family, so I stays well informed of Rochester’s offerings to best help you with your decisions.
