KRG formed in 2005 and has been a top producing team with Keller Williams ever since. We have extensive experience in Sales & Marketing as well as owning several small businesses in the community. With this background we are able to adjust to any market conditions and move forward in assisting our clients with their sale or purchase of real estate.


Technology

With over 15 years in the technology industry prior to Real Estate our team has developed systems and uses cutting edge technology to assist with selling or purchasing real estate. We pride ourselves on being able to work on the fly and operate in a mobile environment, having information and tools available to our clients when and where they need it.


Expertise

Our team has extensive experience in the entire Kansas City Metro area and are licensed to conduct business in both Kansas and Missouri. We also have been working Short Sales since 2005 and are well versed in the detailed process. We have developed an expert program to assist troubled homeowners who are facing foreclosure with over 90% success rate. With this experience we have been able to give troubled homeowners new hope when they felt there was nothing they could do and no one to turn to.

We also work hard to keep our clients informed with the information they need to make informed decisions when they require it.

KRG continues to operate as one of the top producing teams at Keller Williams Diamond Partners, Inc. We are one of the few teams that has continued to increase our production each year while other teams are losing ground in this current market.


Adam Kedish has served on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Diamond Partners, Inc. in several different capacities. He has also been previously appointed as the Regional ALC representative for the Diamond Partners office.


Personal

KRG believes in Faith, Family, Business and in that order. We work hard to provide our clients with world class service, and we understand our families are the most important. We are full time agents and are dedicated to assisting our clients with their real estate needs.


KRG participates in numerous charities and community service projects each year to give back to the community that has given us so much. A portion of each sale is donated to KW Cares a non-profit organization available to Keller Williams agents who experience a catastrophic hardship within their family or themselves.
