Kathy, an Atlanta native, combines her extensive knowledge of the metro area with a family background in custom home building to help her clients realize their goals. Working with someone who has grown up in Atlanta and understands the flow of the city can save clients a tremendous amount of time. By listening to her clients needs, Kathy is able to more quickly identify the target areas to consider.
In addition to helping with the family construction business, Kathy has also been the general contractor on three home renovations, which has broadened her knowledge of home construction and design. This type of experience is invaluable to her clients who look to Kathy for resources on everything from schools, home contractors to even paint colors. “That is what I enjoy most about my work…helping a client feel truly comfortable with their choice and doing whatever I can to help the process go smoothly for them.”
