After carrying large portfolios of ORE/REO properties and learning the many details of the relocation and REO business, Carissa decided to start her own real estate company with a heavy emphasis on serving asset management companies. The knowledge and experience Carissa brought to real estate from the corporate relocation and asset management servicing side of the business has proved to be invaluable.
