Prior to becoming a real estate consultant I worked in the several fields that have helped to prepare me for handling the many different aspects of real estate. I began a sales career at the age of 18 with L&L Limited. Within six months I received the highest sales award and began implementing a new training program. After three years I was maintaining a client base of 125 customers and expanded sales by 250%. I left the company to begin a family in 1995. In March of 1999 I opened a mail and business center where I had a wide range of responsibilities that included sales, inventory, accounting, computer skills, etc. At the annual convention in February of 2000 I was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by PostNet International. I sold the business for a profit in July of 2000, just 16 months after opening. In November of 2000 I took a position as an Administrative Office Assistant at Sparks Grizzard Contruction. Sparks-Grizzard is a design/build firm. While with the company I expanded my position to include two additional divisions including a commercial rental division as well as a design division. I left Sparks Grizzard in 2002 and began my real estate career with Re/Max. I started in a new subdivision, which was a great learning experience. I work easily with both buyers and sellers. Throughout all of my working experience I have found that communication and attention to detail are both strong assets of mine.
