I study current market trends and do extensive research on communities and home sales so that I can achieve the best price for my clients, whether they are buying or selling a home. I have advanced negotiating skills to bring even the most challenging buyer or seller to the closing table. Prior career experience in journalism and corporate communications enhance my real estate skills. I have additional real estate training to bring a higher level of service to my clients.
Sue is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) where she received advanced training in real estate law and marketing. She brings to real estate a strong background in sales, value-based marketing, and technical expertise with start-up and Fortune 500 companies in the medical and wireless communications industries. Her philosophy of sales and marketing is predicated on the belief that unparalled customer service is the keystone to success. Hence, the Weiss-Clawson motto, "Client Driven."
Carol is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) with skills focused on connecting the buyer with the right home, and she is an e-PRO, giving her access to internet resources to better serve clients. Carol is also a graduate of the Harvard Program on Negotiations for Senior Executives. Prior to a career in real estate, Carol was a working journalist in Washington, a political staff member on Capitol Hill, and a communications executive for Fortune 500 companies.
