This means that I have been trained to successfully list and sell HAFA Short Sales, which also include Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae HAFA Short Sales. I also have the CDPE designation, which is the Certified Distressed Property Expert, along with the CRS, Certified Residential Specialist which is held by only 4% of all realtors nationwide.
