Luz's inspiration to enter the real estate arena derives from her familys 82 years of service to the industry in Colombia, South America. Her ambition to follow in her grandfathers footsteps as an accomplished real estate entrepreneur led her to the industry. Luz has been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer with Prudential Florida Realty, Arvida Realty Services, Coldwell Banker and since 2005, as a Principal Partner, Keller Williams Realty Partners SW. Prior to real estate, Luz obtained her Master Degree in International Management from Thunderbird & worked for IBMs International Division & the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over 10 years.

By August 2006 the office was ranked in the Top 20% of Keller Williams Internationals launch offices in the USA and one of the Top offices in South Florida.
