Entrepreneur. Mia, along with partner Cynthia Lippert, has recently launched Two Hummingbirds. This new venture will apply a true corporate structure and application of systems seldom utilized by real estate professionals. Mia is already a pioneer in real estate today, combining her extensive market expertise with the ultimate customer service experiences.



Broker. Environmentalist. Forever a student, Mia pursues cutting-edge business and real estate information with a voracious appetite. Most recently she earned the EcoBroker® certification. The EcoBroker® program is a symbol of environmentally responsible and sustainable practices in the real estate industry. A long-time, “green” advocate, Mia was delighted to add this internationally-recognized certification to her growing environmental resume. The training educates and empowers real estate professionals to actively promote energy-efficient and “green” features in homes and buildings.



Realtor®. After an extensive search of the Atlanta-area real estate companies in 2004, Mia selected Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Perimeter. At its core, Keller Williams Realty is an organization closely aligned with Mia’s principle value of providing the ultimate service experience for her clients. As the brokerage calls itself: The choice for a new generation of real estate agents and owners.



Quite literally jumping out of the real estate box after only four months of business, Mia was recognized by Keller Williams International as one of the most successful “rookies” in the company. Within seven months of entering the real estate industry, Mia’s efforts secured her a place in The Million Dollar Club and she has since earned the title of Life Member.



Trainer. As a learning-based organization, Keller Williams focuses on training, coaching and consulting with its associate partners. Mia’s extensive work experience and business philosophy were profiled as part of a new agent training curriculum. Her love of training, leading and motivating has provided opportunity for Mia to be an integral part of the very culture she was attracted to originally. As a Productivity Coach, she also trained new agents as they joined the company.



Keller Williams also tapped Mia to serve on the Leadership Council – a select group of agents that act as a board of directors; writing policy and protecting the financial and social health of each market center. The ALC agents must hold a performance standard that keeps production in the top 20%.



Top Sales Producer. Prior to striking out on her own and joining Keller Williams, Mia spent 17 years in sales and marketing in the advertising and optical wholesale industries. Spending the bulk of that career with an optical industry leader, Silhouette Optical, Mia worked in sales, sales training and management. Her exemplary sales performance propelled her into the Top 10 within three years. As District Sales Manager, she managed eight Account Representatives and was one of four corporate Sales Trainers assisting in the development and implementation of a highly-respected industry training program. By the time Mia retired from the industry she was ranked #2 in company sales volume.
