Doreen is a Delaware native and was raised with two brothers and two sisters by her father, a retired truck driver and mechanic (who more recently took up farming) and her mother, a housewife who manages her husband's businesses.
Doreen attended the Caesar Rodney School District and Delaware Technical and Community College.
She learned at an early age what it took to run a successful business: hard work, strong ethics, an ability to stand up for what you believe in and the conviction to not go back on your word.
Doreen and her husband, AC- an avid golfer and self taught web designer, hope to pass these traits on to their three children; Christopher, Kimberly, who is a Realtor for Dee & Doreen's Team; and Kelly, who attends Middle School and to her grandson, Jonathon.
She enjoys traveling, puzzles, knitting, crocheting, scrap booking, collecting Longaberger Baskets, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
