Terri Christian

Terri Christian began selling real estate as a young associate in Desoto, Texas in the early 1980s. Eventually, she came to work with a major real estate firm in Fort Worth and obtained her Brokers license while there. In 2004, she and her husband Bernie Christian (who became a realtor in 2003) joined Keller Williams® Realty in Fort Worth and both have worked as a husband/wife team ever since. Within their first year at Keller Williams® Realty, the Christians began to build a real estate sales team (The Christian Group) using principles adapted from the sales philosophies of Mr. Gary Keller, published author, owner and co-founder of Keller Williams® Realty Inc. In addition to Terri and Bernie, their team has one assistant and three licensed buyer agents. The team has consistently achieved Top Group Sales in Keller Williams Realty Fort Worth (the largest Fort Worth Brokerage) every year for the last 7 years. Both Bernie and Terri are certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists, members of Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHMS) and offer Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR). Also they were the very first Realtors in Fort Worth to offer the power of the Keller Williams Luxury Division branding and marketing to their luxury home sellers and Bernie was the first Chair of the Keller Williams Fort Worth Agent Leadership Council Luxury Committee in 2010. Bernie and Terri think of themselves as real estate consultants who offer a full range of knowledge, skills and proven sales experience to their clients. They list and sell properties of all manner, types and sizes all over Fort Worth and surrounding counties but they are particularly known as luxury home and waterfront home experts in the Eagle Mountain Lake and Lake Worth areas.
