I've been a full-time licensed Realtor since 2003. I rode the housing wave in the Washington DC area as an owner and investor until late 2006 when family circumstances dictated that I make the move to Charlotte. Just about that time, the housing market in the "sand states" started to fall but Charlotte was thought to be completely immune. Agents hated short sales and coming from DC, I had no idea what one was so I started learning from agents in other markets with high foreclosure rates and from the loss mitigation people here in town (Wells Fargo Loss Mit is in Ft. Mill). As the market in Charlotte continued to shift, there became a need for agents to tackle short sales.

Since that time, I've closed more than 50 short sales and have a 90% closing rate after the home is under contract. I also host training events along with my attorney Jaime Kosofsky and my partners at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, BB&T, and others. To date, I have successfully closed short sales with BofA, Wells Fargo, BB&T, Ocwen, Chase, Citi, RCS, JB Nutter just to name a few.

I also have a team of agents working with me: 2 buyer agents, 1 REO agent, and myself with an assistant processing short sales.
