Her implementation of effective marketing strategies, along with her fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese dialects of Chinese, have allowed her to serve Chinese clients around the world, thereby opening up an entire market of potential buyers for all of her properties. Having immigrated to the United States from China at the age of 10, Jessica makes it a point to travel back to Asia a few times each year. During her time in Asia, Jessica has spoken at many Chinese real estate seminars and conferences to promote Boston real estate. Her first-hand experience in both the Asian and American cultures allow her to connect on a personal level with her international clients, allowing for her to provide her clients with an experience that is second to none.
Over the course of her career, Jessica has gained extensive experience in sales and marketing, development projects, condo conversion, new construction, luxury homes and property management. This vast experience, combined with her drive and hard work, allows her to offer her clients an unmatched level of market knowledge, service, and results.
At the age of 18 Jessica Ye began a string of successful real estate investments that helped fund her way through college. It was during this time that her passion for real estate began to grow, so upon completing her business degree in 2004 she decided to obtain her real estate salesperson’s license. Almost immediately upon receiving her license, Jessica’s career took off. She quickly rose to the top, and became Rookie of the Year in her company. In 2006 Jessica founded Keller Williams Realty Cambridge, and in nine short years under her leadership the office has grown to include 60 agents, and closed over $180 million in sales in 2014.
Nationally renowned and recognized, Jessica has been honored by the National Association of Realtors as one of their top “30 under 30” Realtors of the year, as well as by REALTrends as one of “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” in both 2013 and 2014.
Jessica’s noted expertise has allowed her to establish herself as a go-to authority on Massachusetts real estate--particularly on matters regarding real estate and the international market.
