The core team members of The Avista Group came together in 2003. The group was comprised of a group of experienced real estate professionals. They were built with the premise of creating a company that offers a “One-Stop-Shop” for commercial and developmental real estate customers. For the first year they worked strictly using the Keller Williams name. In 2004 they worked with the CDR Group© of Keller Williams and at the end of 2005 they split off and named themselves The Avista Group of Keller Williams Realty. The name Avista was selected due to it's significant meaning; It is derived from the root word "vista," meaning a "distant view or perspective; an extensive mental view as over a stretch of time or a series of events." We believe that our name supports the positioning of our company which has a different and far-reaching perspective on delivering the highest quality and value to all our of our clients and employees.

The company offers services that encompass the whole real estate spectrum, specifically Commercial, Development, and Residential Real Estate. From site acquisition to on-site sales teams, we are able to provide all the services required by its clients.

The company consists of an ever growing array of team members, which offers over 10 years of combined experience of Real Estate & Land Acquisition services. Our Team consists of full administrative staff, land acquisition/brokering specialist, apartment acquisition/brokering specialist, project sales agents/managers, as well as residential sales specialist.

We have made a large impact on the Real Estate business in the Greater Tampa area. Keller Williams® Realty of South Tampa consists of approximately 150 agents, and is the home The Avista Group. The office is ranked number two overall for the whole Greater Tampa Bay area. In 2005 the core members of The Avista Group were involved in the marketing and sales of over 100 million dollars worth of Real Estate transactions in the Greator Tampa Bay area, and now through 2010 contine to create the distinctive mark of being a leader in the real estate market.
