We specialize in working with investors and we are also very strong in getting properties sold in shorter than average market time if that is what our clients want. Our office manager takes amazing pictures which really helps to get things sold and we also have a data base of over 1800 people which does not hurt either.
Our buyer's agents make it so that we can give full service to our buyers while also giving great showing coverage to our listings.
We would love to work with your referrals either buyers or seller. We are not a good fit foryour client if they are looking for an "image home" ( yes we sell lots of nice homes!) But the type that wants a Realtor dripping in diamonds and wants a home only to impress others will not be a good fit for us. If the client you want to refer has money but does not flaunt it, or doesn't have money but wants to build a better life through investing and wise decisions and they value very personal service we are likely a good fit for them.
Our office manager speaks chinese, and we have family members who can translate for Japanese.
