Helping people achieve their real estate goals is very important to Kendra. She helps
individuals and families buy and sell houses, investment properties and condos/townhomes—
matching people with their real estate objectives. She has experience selling
properties across the pricing spectrum from multi-million dollar homes to much lowerpriced
properties. She has a vast knowledge of equity, trust, probate and short sales.
Kendra has consistently been one of the top producers in her local office of 250 agents.
In 2012, she earned the Top Individual Realtor award for the office. In September 2012,
Kendra received national recognition from Keller Williams. She was ranked 24th out of
78,000 agents in the nation based on property sold.
Prior to starting her successful real estate business, Kendra worked for almost 10
years for Fluor Daniel, one of the world’s largest engineering and construction firms.
She started as an environmental engineer after graduate school but later transferred
to the Human Resources department where she worked in various capacities. She was
an identified young leader and high potential Senior Manager. Kendra’s time in corporate
America prepared her well for a career in real estate. She learned the importance
of detail orientation, follow-through and relating well to professionals.
