Originally from North County San Diego, Ryan also has direct ties to Utah with both parents having been born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley. Therefore, after graduating from high school, it was a natural transition to move to Utah to attend the University of Utah. Ryan received a degree in Urban Planning and Development with a minor in Geography. After graduating from the U of U, he worked as a finish carpenter in Salt Lake City and Park City on new and old homes. It was working on the older homes where Ryan realized he had a love for renovation and Real Estate. Ryan earned his Real Estate license in 2003 and with his knowledge and background, has built a team focusing on continuing education. This motivation translates into being leaders in the Real Estate industry in Utah. Currently, Ryan and The Wasatch Team are in the top 5 for production in an office of 180 agents.
