Vicki is a Broker-Salesperson and has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. She negotiates all the short sales for The Muscatell/Wagner Team and last year successfully completed over 90% of the short sales she had under contract.She has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Education. Vicki likes helping her short sale clients work out their situation with their lender so they can move forward in their lives.During her career she has worked as a Branch Manager, a District Sales Manager and is now a Mega Agent on the Muscatell/Wagner Team. Vicki is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and an SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) - all designations based on her sales record and expertise in real estate transactions. Vicki negotiates all contracts for the team. Vicki is a former math teacher.
