My Bio

ONLY THE BEST
Jean-Luc's restaurant career culminated when he and two renowned chef partners (named Jean-Louis and Jean-Marc) opened their French restaurant, Trois Jean (Three Jeans), in New York City. They started with little more than a dream and a small amount of money, but they tirelessly promoted the business and soon received awards and high-profile press coverage. The notoriety along with their steadfast commitment to serve the best quality food and provide a high level of customer service made Trois Jean a real local culinary institution.

Several years ago, it wasn't a snap decision for Jean-Luc to sell his flourishing restaurant in New York and move to Boca Raton to begin a career in real estate. But he couldn't be happier. He is now a renowned multi million dollars producer in real estate.
Not only he traded the congestion of the big city for Boca's tropical charms, but he also bas found more quality time to spend with his young family. And the quality of life Jean-Luc now experiences translates directly into the profession of real estate. Because that is exactly what he offers his customers - unparalleled quality of life in a veritable tropical and elegant paradise.

MAKING AN IMPACT
As one of the area’s premier real estate professionals, Jean-Luc is continuing the Andriot’s legacy of five-star customer service and commitment by bringing you the best. His love for the Boca Raton lifestyle, focus on family values and personalized approach to his clients’ needs are the cornerstones of his successful real estate philosophy. He is passionate about his work and uses his knowledge and experience to help his clients make the most of their opportunities here. This is a wonderful place full of wonderful people, Jean-Luc says. I take great pride in making a difference in others’ lives, letting them relax and enjoy the best of life.

It’s a question Jean-Luc Andriot gets over and over. How could he leave behind such an exciting and successful career as a New York City restaurateur and move to Boca Raton? Well, his answer is quite simple. Once he and his family experienced a taste of the good life in Boca, they knew they had found home. It was the right location, the ideal community, and the perfect weather to raise his two children, Max and Marine, and a beautiful setting for him and his wife, Celine, to make the most of every moment together.

EXPERIENCES OF A LIFETIME
Jean-Luc’s success story spans continents and careers--from Paris, to New York and continues to this day as a leading Boca Raton real estate professional. He credits much of his drive to succeed and focus on quality to his parents, who owned a small - but very popular - bakery in Paris. Jean-Luc still remembers the day he and his father brought a special delivery to the Elysée Palace. They crossed paths with French President, Charles de Gaulle, who looked at Jean-Luc and quipped “The future Elysée baker?” Young Jean-Luc wasted no time to respond “No. I’ll be the Executive Chef on board of The France, traveling and cooking the best food throughout the world.”

Jean-Luc’s Executive Chef prediction didn’t exactly come true, but his dream of traveling the world certainly did.
Success was served as he has continued to carry on his parent’s legacy of excellent customer service and always bringing the best to every situation. From tropical and ski resorts hotels, cruise ships, and his worldwide experience with Club Med in location like Brazil, Malaysia, Morocco, Spain to the most epicurean city, he thrived on the opportunity to continually expand his horizons by meeting new people and experiencing diverse cultures.
