Courtney McMillan

Courtney earned her real estate license in 2002 and affiliated with Keller Williams Realty. The daughter of a commercial real estate broker/developer and residential real estate agent, real estate was a natural career path for her. As a native Atlantan, Courtney combines her knowledge of metro Atlanta and her real estate experience with a real love for her home city. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help to make every real estate transaction run smoothly and enjoyable for her clients and customers. Courtney’s passion for real estate is evident in her dedication, loyalty and willingness to go the extra mile for her buyers and sellers.

Courtney grew up in the Buckhead/Brookhaven area of Atlanta and attended Trinity Elementary School and Pace Academy. In 2000 she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia Honors Program with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Terry College of Business . Immediately following graduation Courtney began a consulting career at Anderson Consulting / Accenture, however she could not ignore the call to real estate. In 2002 she accepted an offer to help launch a new Keller Williams office in Decatur, GA. After 2 years as the operations / financial manager, Courtney learned what it takes to operate a highly successful business. In 2005 she joined Trish Ranck to form the Ranck—McMillan Team at Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road.
Courtney lives in North Buckhead with her husband Garrison, their two children, Davis and Paige and a golden retriever, Beau. Courtney is actively involved in both the Pace Academy and UGA Alumni associations and spends every fall Saturday cheering for the Dawgs. An avid tennis player since childhood, Courtney has been a member of ALTA (Atlanta Lawn & Tennis Association) and continues to plays year round. She and Garrison are residents of North Buckhead and are active members of Peachtree Presbyterian Church.
