Active Agent Count
The total number of active agents in a market center at the end of a given period.

Agent 1099/T4 Income

Net Agent Income after Royalty, Company Dollar and non-taxable deductions - reported to the IRS.

Agents Added
Number of agents recruited and sponsored into that MC during that time period.

Agents in Downline
Number of agents in the Seven Levels of that person's Profit Share Tree.

Agents Removed
Number of agents removed from that MC during that time period.

Approved Expenses
Operating expenses of that MC - allowed by KW guidelines – plus other income prior to calculation of KW Profit Sharing.

Average Closed Commission
Total commissions for that time period divided by the number of closed sides (units).

Average Listings Taken Price
Total listing taken volume divided by the number of listings taken during the same time period.

Average Sales Closed Price
Total closed sales volume divided by the number of closed sides (units).


Beginning Agent Count

The total number of active agents in a market center at the beginning of a given period.

Beginning Contributing Agent Count

The total number of contributing agents in a market center at the beginning of a given period.

Cappers

An individual who produces sufficient GCI and contributes enough Company Dollar to the market center to satisfy his/her annual commission Cap requirement. At their anniversary date, the associate starts over.


Commission as % of Sales Price

Total closed commissions divided by the total sales volume during the same time period.

Company Dollar
Amount of Gross Closed Income (GCI) that retained by the Market Center.  The dollars a Market Center gets to keep after all the agents are paid their commissions.  The MC uses these funds to pay bills to make a profit.

Contracts Closed
Number of real estate contracts that are completed - moneys dispersed and ownership changed.

Contracts Closed Volume
Total of the final sales prices of all contracts closed for that time period.

Contracts Written
Number of real estate contracts that are entered into and approved by both a buyer and a seller.

Contracts Written Volume
Total of the agreed upon sales price for all contracts written for that time period.

Contributing Agents Added
Number of contributing agents added to that market center during a given period.

Contributing Agents Removed
Number of contributing agents removed from that market center during a given period.

Franchise Royalty
Amount of Gross Closed Income (GCI) that is paid to KWRI - it is 6% of GCI up to $3000 per year.

GCI
Gross Closed Income minus Commission Revenue plus fees and bonuses minus referrals minus concessions.

Listing Agents
Number of contributing agents who had at least one new listing in KWLS in a given period.

Listings Sold
Number of listings that go to sales contract and then to a completed closing.

Listings Sold Volume
Total of the final sales prices of the listing sold during that time period.

Listings Taken
Number of listing contracts entered into with sellers during that time period.

Listings Taken Volume
Total of the initial listing price for all listings taken during that time period.

Market Centers Added
Number of new Market Centers who enter into a Franchisee Agreement and are approved by KWRI.

Net Agent Change
For a given period, the net of agents added to a market center minus agents removed from the market center for the same period

Net Contributing Agents Change

For a given period, the net of contributing agents added to a market center minus contributing agents removed from the market center for the same period.


New Agents Sponsored

Number of agents who name that KW person as their sponsor during that time period.

Outside Income
Total of Outside Income in a market center during a given period.

Owners Profit
MC Owner's net income after operating expenses and profit sharing for that time period.

Paid-on Volume
Closed Volume of those sales on which a portion of the GCI is paid to the MC as Company Dollar.

Producing Agents
Number of contributing agents who had at least one contract written in a given period.

Profit Share
Amount of MC profit that is sent to KWRI for distribution to the appropriate Associate in the PS Tree.

Total Agent Count
Total of all PS downline agents with the Market Center at the end of a reporting time period.

Total Contributing Agent Count
The total number of contributing agents at a market center at the end of a given period.

True Expense
Grand Total Operating Expenses minus Federal taxes minus Other Total Inside Income is considered True Expense.
