Be part of the excitement in the Gordon Square Arts District (GSAD) ~ two parcels a single family home and a two story brick apartment building zoned mixed use with off street parking in the rear. The GSAD is a national model of how the arts can be used a catalyst for economic development. It is a unique collaboration of three nonprofits - Cleveland Public Theatre, the Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization and Near West Theatre.
