Cancellation Policy: Registrations purchased prior to March 16, 2012 at the $449 promotional pre-registration rate are NONREFUNDABLE but are transferable. Payment Plans are NONREFUNDABLE but transferable. One-day Passes are NONREFUNDABLE but transferable. Social Passes are NONREFUNDABLE but transferable. Full-week, regular registrations canceled before November 1, 2012, are refundable, less a $75 cancellation fee. Full-week, regular registrations canceled beginning November 1, 2012 through January 15, 2013 are refundable, less a $175 cancellation fee. Full-week, regular registrations canceled beginning January 16, 2013, are NOT REFUNDABLE. Registrants who do not attend, "No-shows," will not receive a refund.
